Established in 1999, PurGenesis Technologies Inc. is a botanical pharmaceutical company which develops and manufactures active complex ingredients from natural sources. They are focused on the development of prescription botanically sourced therapeutics. They developed the botanical drug, PUR0110, which is used to prevent the formation and noxious activity of reactive oxygen species. It is also used in the prevention and treatment of health conditions related to inflammation and oxidative stress, including ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, skin aging, and various autoimmune disorders. The company also offers anti-aging and sun care products.
Andre is responsible for managing all major aspects of the company as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his educational career, Mr. Boulet earned a PhD in Physiology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. He is a member of Bio Quebec. In the time away from his busy schedule, Andre greatly enjoys salmon fishing.
