As Owner of Dennis Forte and Associates Pty. Ltd. for the past 11 years, Mr. Forte has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
Dennis Forte and Associates Pty. Ltd. serves as a design consultancy to the food and pharmaceutical industries. They provide technical support, design expertise and training to a broad range of manufacturers throughout Australia and South-East Asia. Dennis is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations.
Prior to establishing his consultancy, Dennis spent ten years with the MARS Corporation where he was involved in process and product development roles in the areas of confectionery, canned pet food and dry pet food extrusion technologies. He went on to spend five years with The Uncle Tobys Company as the Process Engineering Manager where he was actively involved in the quantification and optimization of the various unit operations employed in the manufacturing of ready-to-eat breakfast cereals and snacks.
Mr. Forte possesses particular expertise in extrusion processing, process modeling, process optimization and drying technology. During his educational career, Dennis earned a Chemical Engineering Degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 1984. He is a member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology. Mr. Forte's success stems from his commitment to ongoing professional development through technical training and industry seminars as well as keeping up to date by reading a broad range of technical journals and magazines.
