An emigrant from South Africa, Mr. Welgemoed attributes the success that he has found in his adopted country to a combination of hard work and good fortune.
A graduate of Rhodes University in South Africa, Mr. Welgemoed holds a bachelor of pharmacy. He is a member of the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and the South African Pharmacy Council.
